Website design
A site that earns its cost back in one job.
Custom WordPress builds for small businesses that need to look as professional as the work they do. Fixed price, written scope, live in about three weeks. No templates, no page-builder bloat, no drawn-out agency process.
In every build
The parts most cheap sites skip.
These are not upgrades. They are in the base price, because a site without them does not do the job you hired it for.
Actually fast
Built lean and tested against Core Web Vitals. Most small business sites take six seconds to load on a phone on a job site. Yours will not.
Designed on the phone first
Roughly three quarters of your visitors arrive on a phone. The phone layout gets designed first and the desktop version follows, not the other way round.
Search foundations
Clean structure, real page titles, local schema, an XML sitemap and Search Console connected. Not an SEO campaign, but the groundwork one needs.
Forms that arrive
Contact forms tested end to end, with spam filtering and a confirmation email. I have lost count of how many small business forms silently go nowhere.
Tracking that works
Analytics installed and conversions configured, so you can tell whether the site is producing calls instead of guessing.
A walkthrough video
A short screen recording showing how to edit your own pages, so you are not paying somebody every time a phone number changes.
Packages
Fixed prices, published.
You will know what it costs before you talk to me. If your project does not fit one of these, the third option is a real conversation rather than a stalling tactic.

Website Care
Updates, backups, security monitoring, uptime checks and 30 minutes of content edits every month. Every build should have it, because an unmaintained WordPress site is a security incident with a countdown on it. Add hosting management for $50 a month and the account still stays in your name.
The process
Three weeks, start to live.
The actual sequence with the actual timing. If something slips you hear it from me before you have to ask.

01
Day 0 to 2
The call and the scope
Twenty minutes on what you sell, who buys it and what is broken. You get a written scope, a page list and a fixed price inside 48 hours. If we are not a fit I will say so on the call rather than sending a proposal to be polite.
-
02
Week 1
Structure and words
Page order, section order and the actual copy, in a shared doc you can comment on. You approve this before anything gets designed. Rewriting a paragraph is free. Rebuilding a page after it is designed is not.
-
03
Week 2 to 3
Design and build
Built on a private staging link you can watch fill in day by day. Two rounds of revisions, submitted in one batch each time so nothing gets lost across fourteen text messages.

04
Week 3
Launch and hand over
Live, indexed, forms tested from a real phone, analytics firing, redirects in place from your old URLs. You get the logins, the walkthrough video and full ownership of everything.
You own the site. All of it.
The domain stays in your name, the hosting account is yours, and the files are yours. There is no proprietary platform holding your business hostage and no cancellation that takes your website with it. If you ever want to work with somebody else, you hand them the logins and walk away clean. That should be normal and it is depressingly rare.
Common questions
Before you book the call.
Why is this more than the quote I got for $800?
Because an $800 site is a template with your logo dropped in, written by nobody, structured for nothing in particular. It will look fine and it will not produce work. For most of my clients one closed job pays for the whole build. If the cheaper option is genuinely right for where your business is, take it, and come back when it stops being enough.
Who writes the copy?
I do, based on the call and a short questionnaire. You review and change anything that does not sound like you. Handing a client a blank document and asking them to write their own website is how projects die at week two.
What do I need to have ready?
Photos of real work, your logo if you have one, and about an hour total of your attention across three weeks. That is genuinely it. If you do not have decent photos I will tell you what to shoot on your phone.
Do I have to buy my own hosting?
The account goes in your name either way, on your card, so you always own it and can see exactly what it costs. Roughly $15 to $30 a month depending on the host. I will pick one and set the whole thing up during the build at no extra charge.
If you would rather never think about it again after that, I can manage it as part of Website Care for $50 a month on top. The account still stays in your name and you can remove my access whenever you want.
Can you redo my existing site?
Yes, and most builds are exactly that. Redirects from your old URLs are included so you keep the rankings you already have, which is the single most common thing botched in a redesign.
What if it takes longer than three weeks?
Usually that is because content or feedback is waiting on your side, and I will tell you which. If the delay is mine, you hear about it before the deadline rather than after.
