Altoona, PA · Est. 2019
Built by one person. Answered by the same person.
Websites and local marketing for small businesses across Western Pennsylvania. No account manager, no ticket queue, no agency you can never get on the phone. You work with Ty, start to finish.
Free, no login required, takes about a minute
Businesses that trusted the work
Every client signed since 2019 is still a client.
Why people call
Most small businesses have been burned by an agency already.
Usually the same way. A big proposal, a long onboarding, then a junior nobody introduced you to, and a monthly report full of numbers that have nothing to do with your phone ringing.
Discovery workshop, six stakeholders
One call, 20 minutes, then a written scope
"Your account manager will loop in the team"
You text Ty. Ty answers.
Twelve-month contract, cancel with 90 days notice
Three months to start, then month to month
42-page dashboard nobody opens
Calls, direction requests, form fills. One page.
"We'll get you a quote"
Prices are on the website
What you can hire me for
Four things, done properly.
Start with the one that is costing you the most right now. Most businesses only need one to begin with.
01 / BUILD
Website Design
A custom WordPress site that loads fast, reads clearly on a phone, and gives people an obvious way to contact you. Live in about three weeks.
02 / GET FOUND
Real Local Program
Local SEO run as a closed program. One business per category, per market. Your Google profile managed, posted, reviewed and reported every month.
03 / STAY VISIBLE
Social Media
Planned, written, designed and posted for you. A month of content approved in one sitting, so you stop thinking about it entirely.
04 / FOLLOW UP
Email & Text
The cheapest customers you will ever get are the ones you already have. Campaigns, reminders and reactivation, written and sent.
I cannot rank two roofers in the same town against each other.
So I do not try. Real Local takes one business per category, per market. Once a territory is claimed, it closes, and your competitor down the road gets told no.
That is not a sales tactic. It is how the work actually functions.
How a project runs
Four steps. Three weeks. No mystery.
This is the actual sequence, in order, with the actual timing. If something slips, you hear it from me before you have to ask.
-
STEP 01
The call
Twenty minutes on what you sell, who buys it, and what is broken right now. You get a written scope and a fixed price within 48 hours.
Day 0 to 2 -
STEP 02
Structure and copy
Pages, order, and the words. You approve the plan on a shared doc before a single pixel gets designed, because rewriting text is cheap and rebuilding pages is not.
Week 1 -
STEP 03
Design and build
Built on a staging link you can watch fill in. Two rounds of revisions included, requested in one batch so nothing gets lost in a thread.
Week 2 to 3 -
STEP 04
Launch and hand off
Live, indexed, forms tested, analytics connected. You get a short walkthrough video and the logins. You own everything.
Week 3
Google reviews
What owners say afterward.
Every one of these is a real business owner in or near Blair County. Names and companies included, because unattributed praise is worthless.
Ty was absolutely amazing building our website and expanding our online presence. He's professional, quick, and provides top quality service.
The attention to detail and professionalism is top notch. My expectations were blown away.
Ty's ability to listen to his client's needs and deliver on their vision sets Burket Web Design apart.
