Two build spots left this month. I take four at a time so nothing gets rushed.

Social media management

A month of posts, approved in one sitting.

Planned, written, designed and scheduled for you. You look at a calendar once, say yes or change three things, and then stop thinking about it until next month.

Before you buy this

What social media will and will not do for a local business.

Most agencies sell this on follower counts and engagement rates. For a plumber in Blair County those numbers are close to meaningless, so here is the honest version.

What it actually does

  • Makes you look active and real to somebody who just got your name from a friend and is checking you out
  • Gives your Google profile fresh photos and posts, which does help local rankings
  • Keeps you in front of past customers so they think of you again in eighteen months
  • Gives your existing customers something easy to share
  • Closes the gap when a prospect compares you against a competitor with an empty page

What it will not do

  • Fill your calendar on its own. If you need leads next month, local SEO or ads will move faster
  • Go viral. Nobody is sharing a post about gutter cleaning, and any agency promising that is guessing
  • Justify itself on follower count. A thousand followers who live three states away are worth nothing
  • Replace asking customers for reviews, which is cheaper and works better
  • Work if you disappear. Consistency is the whole mechanism

The monthly rhythm

You are involved for about thirty minutes.

The whole design of this is that it does not become another thing on your list. Here is exactly when you hear from me and when you do not.

WEEK 4, PRIOR MONTH

I build the calendar

Next month planned around your actual business: seasonal work, promotions, jobs you have finished, holidays that matter to your customers.

Nothing from you

DAY 1

You approve it

One link, every post written and designed, all visible at once. Comment on anything you want changed. Most months this takes twenty minutes.

~20 minutes

ALL MONTH

It posts itself

Scheduled and published on the days and times that suit your audience. If something urgent comes up, text me a photo and I will get it out same day.

Nothing from you

MONTH END

One page back

What went out, what people actually responded to, and what I am changing next month because of it. Reach and clicks, not vanity metrics.

~10 minutes

What is included

Everything from the idea to the post going live.

A real content calendar

12 to 16 posts a month, planned around your season and your work rather than a generic template of national holidays.

Captions written for you

In your voice, not corporate filler. If you talk like a contractor, the posts sound like a contractor.

Graphics and photo editing

Branded templates, before-and-after layouts, quote cards, and cleanup on the job-site photos you send from your phone.

Scheduling and publishing

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile, up to three of them. Posted at the times your audience is actually awake.

Comment monitoring

I watch for comments and messages and flag anything that needs you. Real enquiries get forwarded the same day rather than sitting unread for a week.

A report that says something

Reach, clicks to your site, and which posts actually did something. Plus what I am changing because of it.

Pricing

One plan, everything included.

No tiers, because a smaller package would just mean posting less often, and posting less often is the thing that makes social media not work.

  • 12 to 16 posts a month
  • Up to 3 platforms
  • Captions and graphics
  • Comment monitoring
  • Monthly reporting
  • Two months free if paid annually
$549

per month

Questions

Before the call.

Where do the photos come from?

Mostly you, taken on your phone at jobs. That is genuinely the best material and it beats stock photography every time. I will tell you what to shoot and clean them up afterward. If you have nothing, I can work with stock and graphics for the first month while you build a library.

Do I have to give you my passwords?

No. Facebook and Instagram let you add me as a partner through Business Manager, and LinkedIn has page admin roles. All of it is revocable in seconds and none of it gives me access to your personal account.

What if I hate a post?

Change it at approval, that is what the approval step is for. If something already published needs to come down, text me and it is gone in minutes.

Can you run ads too?

Boosting a post occasionally is included. A real paid campaign with targeting, budget management and creative testing is separate work and gets quoted on its own. I will tell you honestly whether ads make sense for your business before taking money for them.

Why three months to start?

Month one is mostly setup and learning your voice. Judging social media on 30 days of posts tells you nothing. After the third month you are month to month with 30 days notice.

Is this worth it if I only have 200 followers?

Possibly not, and I will say so. If your business is early and you need leads rather than presence, put the $549 into local SEO first and come back to social once the phone is ringing. That is a real answer I give regularly.
