Pricing
Every price, on the page.

The Local Growth System
plus a $950 build fee · usually $3,200 + $548/mo
- A Growth Website, built first
- Real Local Growth, territory locked
- Website Care every month
- One quarterly strategy call
The build fee drops from $3,200 to $950 because the retainer carries it. This is the right option if you need both a site and local visibility, which is most businesses that call me. Twelve-month term.

Start with the Visibility Report.
A full audit of your local presence, your three closest competitors named and compared, your Visibility Score against the same rubric my clients get, and an hour on the phone going through it. You leave with a written plan you can execute yourself if you want to. The full $299 comes off anything you start in the next 30 days.

Questions about price
The ones worth answering honestly.
Will you negotiate?
Not on price, but yes on scope. If Growth is more than you want to spend, you take Presence. What I will not do is discount Growth, because that would mean every client paying full price got a worse deal than the one who pushed hardest, and they would be right to be annoyed about it.
Why is there a three-month minimum?
Month one is almost entirely foundation work and Google takes weeks to reflect any of it. A one-month trial would show you nothing and cost us both the setup. If you are not sure, the $299 Visibility Report is the low-risk way in.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes, up to two months a year, for seasonal businesses. Your territory stays locked while you are paused. Tell me before the billing date rather than after.
Is there a contract?
A short written agreement covering scope, price, term and ownership. Two pages, plain English, signed electronically. It exists to protect both of us, not to trap you.
Do you work with businesses outside Pennsylvania?
Yes. Most of the work is remote regardless. The territory exclusivity in Real Local applies wherever you are, so being outside Western PA is not a problem, and it usually means your category is wide open.
